• 8, 9, or 10 ft. walls 
• Gable roof with a 4/12 to 6/12 pitch and dimensional shingles 
• Vinyl siding (many colors to choose from) 
• Aluminum on all wood trim
• Heavy duty gutters 
• Steel garage door w/ opener 
• Steel entry door 
• 2 windows (24x36) 
• Electrical (basic to meet code requirements)
• Outside light at entry door
• No landscaping
